The Managing Partner of Progressive Legal, Atanas Petrov, published his first book, “Contributions in Kind to Capital Companies”, dedicated to the legal and practical aspects of non-cash capital contributions in corporate law.

The contribution of capital to commercial companies, particularly through contributions in kind, is associated with a number of complex legal and practical issues that continue to raise significant theoretical and applied questions in corporate and commercial law.
