Stefan Radev, Ph.D., is a seasoned legal expert with deep specialization in administrative law, regulatory frameworks, and licensing regimes. With extensive experience in high-stakes legal consulting for corporate and institutional clients, he provides strategic guidance on complex legal matters, including business structuring, compliance requirements, and regulatory risk management. As an off-counsel to the firm, he plays a key role in navigating intricate regulatory and administrative challenges.

A member of the Sliven Bar Association, Radev holds a Ph.D. in Administrative Law and seamlessly bridges academic expertise with hands-on legal practice. He is a Senior Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Law at the Law Faculty of the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), where he lectures on Municipal Law and Legal Framework of Public Service, while also leading practical courses in Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure.

His professional background includes serving as Chief Legal Counsel in a state-owned enterprise, as well as active involvement in managing associations and foundations.
