Dona Stancheva

Dona is a fifth-year law student at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski,” where she pursues her legal education with excellent academic results and consistently demonstrates a profound commitment to the study of law.

Her professional interests are firmly oriented toward the fields of civil law, with particular emphasis on the law of obligations, commercial law, and civil procedure. She shows a pronounced inclination toward systematic doctrinal research and in-depth analysis of case law, as well as a strong capacity for addressing complex legal constructs with precision and analytical rigor.

For the second consecutive year, Dona has been selected as an intern under the Fulbright Program. In the course of her work in close collaboration with judges, she has gained direct insight into judicial reasoning and developed a comprehensive understanding of the institutional framework and practical functioning of the Bulgarian judicial system. This experience has further refined her appreciation of procedural dynamics and judicial argumentation.

Within the law firm, Dona actively supports the team across a broad spectrum of legal activities. Her responsibilities include conducting extensive research on case law, drafting and analysing contracts and court documents, contributing to the preparation of legal opinions, and translating specialised legal documentation. She is distinguished by her precision, analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail.

She is fluent in English and German.
