Can you share a personal mantra or philosophy that guides your approach to work?

Since I heard the quote, ‘Your network is your net worth,’ I have embraced it as my personal mantra. From this moment onward, I am dedicated to surrounding myself with well-educated individuals who possess good manners and high moral values, as well as those who have clearly defined goals and are committed to putting in the necessary effort to achieve them. I sincerely believe that you can achieve your professional and personal dreams only when you are in the right environment. Fortunately, as a member of the Progressive Lawyers’ team, I have found myself in the ‘right environment’ where I can access the best opportunities to elevate my career to a whole new level. Moreover, I have made friends who share similar interests and values.

Outside of the office, what are your passions or hobbies, and how do you think they compliment your work?

I have a keen fascination with developments occurring in the field of financial markets. I regularly delve into articles covering Wall Street developments, global financial policies, and Federal Reserve decisions. In addition, I closely monitor the dynamic price fluctuations of various indices, ETFs, and specific stocks, emphasizing their intricate interplay in the financial landscape. I’m a passionate crypto enthusiast, firmly believing that cryptocurrency-based payment transactions will play an even more significant role in the near future. 

Can you share a personal achievement that you’re particularly proud of?

My childhood dream was to become a corporate lawyer. I have always wanted to be involved in large mergers, acquisitions, real estate transactions, as well as resolving inter-partner disputes. I am really proud of myself that I have managed to realize my dream, and since June 2023, I have been duly admitted as an attorney at law to the Sofia Bar Association. Now, I have the opportunity not only to be a corporate lawyer but also to be a Progressive lawyer. 

What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?

I am not sure if I could clarify it as an adventurous thing. During the four-month period of May, June, July, and August of 2013, I ran 5 kilometers every day to overcome my problem with being overweight. I managed to reduce over 30 kilograms from my body weight and became the best version of myself. This achievement shows me that with the right method, dedication, and mental strength every problem is solvable.

What’s one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?

Buy a Bitcoin! 🙂 I would tell him to keep his passion for improving, but also cultivate patience, dedication, and the ability to listen when those with experience speak. 

What is the most rewarding aspect of your role and why?

The most rewarding aspect of my role at Progressive Lawyers is the opportunity to be actively involved in various commercial and contract cases. At Progressive Lawyers, I also have the chance to work on complex legal issues such as crypto regulation, GDPR, AML, and Web3 cases, which are highly relevant in the modern corporate world.
