Maria Vasileva

Maria Vasileva is a qualified legal counsel who graduated with honors from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and was admitted to practice law in Bulgaria after successfully passing the bar admission exam.

Her professional interests are primarily focused on commercial, property, and contract law, while she also demonstrates a strong commitment to civil procedure, including trial preparation, the drafting of procedural documents, and the strategic protection of parties’ rights and interests.

Her practical experience includes a two-year internship under the Fulbright Internship Program at the Sofia District Court, where, under the supervision of judges, she acquired in-depth knowledge and practical skills concerning the overall organization and conduct of civil proceedings.

Subsequently, she worked as legal counsel at a company, where she specialized in commercial law and the comprehensive legal servicing of companies and corporate structures. At the same time, she developed substantial expertise in property law with a particular focus on real estate transactions.

Maria is fluent in English and Russian.
